Are you looking for listings in a particular community?

Below you will find a accounting of each and every subdivision (or condo) with real estate on the market in Castleton. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is revised every 15 minutes or so to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying accurate information which you can count on. The information found below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are a few quirks to be aware of.

You might find a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when in reality the spelling on a listing was changed.

Also, there may be some disagreement as to what exactly a particular neighborhood is called. If there is just one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied separately. So, if you really need to get a tally, you should consider all possible variations of the community's name. For example, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are at times known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a for sale sign posted but the community isn't found below."

Is there a different name for this particular community?
As a matter of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not cover rental properties. So, it may be that the sign you saw was for a rental. And, this tally only includes active listings in Castleton.
Is the listing under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties which have a sign posted that are not active. For example, sometimes a for sale is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow us to include those listings in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific neighborhood, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the property under-contract?
Furthermore, it happens that a listing is already sold when you spot the sign posted. Sold riders don't go up instantly. Also, it happens that the Realtor is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a listing is not available.
