Are you looking for listings in a particular community?

Below you will find a list of each subdivision (or condo) with properties for sale in Bristow. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is refreshed every few minutes to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh tallies which you can count on. The data listed below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.

You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) found below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Later, those typographical errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has moved from one subdivision to another when really the spelling on a listing was changed.

And, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Hence, if you really want to get a picture, you should consider all possible variations of the community's name. Case in point, Midtown condominiums in Huntington are by some people known as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a for sale sign up but the community isn't listed below."

Is there another way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all possible variations of the spelling.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not cover rentals. So, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. And, this list only covers active listings in Bristow.
Is the property not yet active?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties that have a sign up that are not active. For example, sometimes a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. Also, the Multiple Listing Service does not permit us to list those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon real estate in a particular neighborhood, you'll have to reach out to us directly.
Is the property sold?
Also, it happens that a listing is already under contract when you spot the sign posted. Under-contract notices don't go up the moment a property settles. Not to mention, from time to time that the listing agent is a little tardy with putting up the under-contract riders. For these reasons, you might see a sign posted when a property is not active.
