Of course, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all typical variations of the name.

Is the property for rent?

This tally does not include rentals. Hence, it may be that the sign you saw posted was for a rental. In addition, this list only includes listings still for sale in Fort Belvoir.

Is the listing not yet active?

An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings which have a sign up that are not active. For instance, sometimes a for sale is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet for sale.
