Below you will find a list of each and every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Manassas. The list below is compiled from active listings today. The list below is recalculated throughout the day (and night) to make sure that Nesbitt Realty is providing timely data that you may rely on. The tallies compiled below is taken directly from the MLS database, so there are a couple of tips to keep in mind.

You may find a subdivision listed multiple times.

You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) compiled below were all typed into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there may be typographical errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a listing has been listed when in reality the listing was updated.

Furthermore, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific neighborhood is called. If there is even one character of difference between a couple of entries this will be listed as different communities. Hence, when you really need to get a tally, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. By way of illustration, Midtown condominiums in Alexandria are by some people called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

Is there a different way to spell this specific neighborhood?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, try to you look for all typical variations of the name.
Is the property for lease?
This tally does not include rental properties. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. Not to mention, this list only includes listings still for sale in Manassas.
Is the property coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are many listings that have a sign posted that are not active. For instance, from time to time a sign is posted because the property is coming soon. A listing that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents have access to information about properties that are coming-soon. In addition, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those listings in our list. Is the listing sold?
In addition, from time to time that a listing is already under contract when you see the sign up. Sold notices don't go up the second a contract is signed. Furthermore, sometimes that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, it's possible to see a for sale sign up when a property is not available.
