Are you seeking listings in a particular community?

Below you will find a complete accounting of every subdivision (or condominium) with properties for sale in Belle View. This list is compiled from active listings today. This list is refreshed often to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is supplying timely tallies which you may depend on. The tallies collected below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some quirks to keep in mind.

You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there may be spelling errors. Later, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a listing has moved from one subdivision to another when in reality the listing was updated.

In addition, there may be some variation as to what exactly a particular community is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be tallied as different communities. So, when you really want to get a clear count, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums in Fairfax County are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't listed below."

Is there another name for this particular subdivision?
Certainly, for the reason stated above, try to you watch out for all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not include rentals. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. And, this list only includes listings still for sale in Belle View.
Is the listing coming soon?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few properties that have a sign posted that are not active. Case in point, from time to time a for sale is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about properties that are in coming-soon status. Also, the MLS database does not allow Nesbitt Realty to include those properties in our list. If you want to know about coming-soon homes in a particular community, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Also, from time to time that a listing is already sold or under contract when you spot the sign posted. Under-contract signs don't go up the moment a property settles.
