Are you looking for real estate in a particular subdivision?

Below you will find a accounting of each and every subdivision (or condominium) with real estate on the market in Clifton. This list is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is revised throughout the day (and night) to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh data that you may rely on. The data listed below is pulled directly from the MLS database, so there are some tips to keep in mind.

You might spot a subdivision listed more than once.

You should know that the names of subdivisions (or condominium communities) listed below were all put into the Multiple Listing Service by listing agents. Because humans entered the data, there will be typographical errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it seem like a property has been listed when actually the error was corrected.

Also, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a particular subdivision is named. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be counted separately. Thus, when you really need to get a picture, you should look at all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes called Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a for sale sign posted but the subdivision isn't found below."

Is there another way to spell this particular community?
As might be expected, for the reason stated above, make sure you watch out for all possible variations of the name.
Is the listing for lease?
This list does not cover rentals. Therefore, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. Furthermore, this list exclusively covers listings still for sale in Clifton.
Is the property under-contract?
An active listing is a property that is available and on the market. There are quite a few listings which have a sign up that are not active. By way of illustration, from time to time a for sale is posted because the property is coming soon. A property that is in coming-soon status is not yet available and not yet for sale. Only agents can access to information about listings that are coming-soon. Also, the MLS database does not permit us to include those listings in our tally. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific community, you'll have to contact us directly.
Is the listing under-contract?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold when you spot the sign up. Sold or under-contract notices aren't posted instantly. Also, from time to time that the listing agent is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract riders. Because of these reasons, you may see a sign posted when a property is not active.
