Are you seeking real estate in a particular subdivision?

Below you will find a accounting of every subdivision (or condo) with listings in Chantilly. The list below is compiled from listings currently available today. The list below is updated every 15 minutes or so to ensure that Nesbitt Realty is providing fresh data that you may rely on. The data found below is pulled directly from the Multiple Listing Service, so there are some quirks to be aware of.

You might find a subdivision listed multiple times.

Firstly that the names of subdivisions (or condominiums) collected below were all entered into the Multiple Listing Service by Realtors. Because humans entered the data, there will be spelling errors. Of course sometimes, those spelling errors can be corrected and that correction makes it appear that a property has moved from one subdivision to another when really the spelling on a listing was changed.

Also, there may be some variances as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is even one letter of difference between two entries this will be listed as different communities. Thus, if you really want to get a count, you should consider all possible variations of the subdivision's name. For example, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are sometimes entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.

"I saw a sign posted but the community isn't found below."

Is there a different way to spell this specific subdivision?
As might be expected, for the reason stated above, make sure you double-check all typical variations of the name.
Is the listing for rent?
This list does not include rentals. So, it's possible that the sign you saw posted was for a rental property. Also, this list exclusively covers active listings in Chantilly.
Is the property in coming-soon status?
An active listing is a property that is available and for sale. There are quite a few listings that have a sign posted that are not active. For example, sometimes a sign is up because the property is coming soon. A property that is coming-soon is not yet available and not yet on the market. Only agents can access to information about listings that are in coming-soon status. In addition, the Multiple Listing Service does not allow Nesbitt Realty to count those properties in our count. If you want to know about coming-soon listings in a specific subdivision, you'll have to contact Nesbitt Realty directly.
Is the listing sold?
Not to mention, sometimes that a listing is already sold or under contract when you spot the sign up. Under-contract notices aren't posted immediately. In addition, it happens that the Realtor is a less than prompt with putting up the under-contract signs. Because of these reasons, you may see a for sale sign up when a listing is not active.

Do you want timely notices about listings from a particular neighborhood?

You can arrange the list by number or alphabetically.

The arrows at the header below are useful for organizing the communities. But, when you arrange by number of active listings, just remember the points above, because the number isn't completely accurate. Still, the data is still pretty accurate.
