Cameron Run Regional Park is a 26-acre outdoor adventure park in Alexandria. Located at 4001 Eisenhower Avenue in Alexandria the park features a number of recreation amenities for everyone to enjoy. Cameron Run Regional Park is home to many facilities such as Great Waves Waterpark, Lake Cook, and Paradise Play. Great Waves Waterpark features a wave pool, twist and turns four-story water slides, speed slides, and shallow waters for the kids to enjoy. Lake Cook is a two-acre lake that is used for fishing by young anglers and is the perfect place for trout during the winter months. Paradise Play is a huge play area with children's play structures such as slides, towers, and more with foam play pool. In addition to the lake, the waterpark, and paradise play, there is an 18 hole deluxe miniature golf course as well as a nine-station batting cage, picnic shelters, and a pavilion for the holding of special events. The park is managed by the NOVA parks agency of North Virginia.
