This memorial is located inside Luray Caverns in Luray, Virginia. It honors those killed In action from Page County, Virginia. In Cathedral Hall, in the lowest depths of the cavern, is a bronze tablet bearing the emblem of The American Legion and dedicated to the memory of Julian D. Miller, three Campbell's, and nineteen others of Page County who gave their lives in the World War. The tablet was erected in 1928 when the Luray Caverns Corporation relaxed its time-honored rule against memorial tablets.
