Note to Present-Self from Future-Self:

It seems like yesterday that I found 8209 Shadowridge Dr listed for sale in Fairfax Station, but those days are long past. 3 reasons I love my home:

1. This was exactly the right home in 22039 with exactly the features I was seeking.
2. I loved many windows and views from the home.
3. I also knew that the lowest priced home listed in Fountainhead was $775,000.
