Note to Present-Self from Future-Self: It seems like yesterday that I found 2925 Landover St listed for sale in Northern Virginia, but that was years ago. 3 reasons I love my home:

1. For some time, I had been thinking about for a mid-market residence, so when I discovered 2925 Landover St in 22305 in Alexandria I knew this was the home for me.
2. This was the most suitable townhouse in Alexandria with exactly the features I was seeking.
3. Back then, the most expensive property in the neighborhood was listed for $570,000.
