Furthermore, there may be some dispute as to what exactly a specific subdivision is named. If there is even one character of difference between two entries this will be counted as different communities. Thus, when you really need to get a count, you have to consider all the variations of the subdivision's name. For instance, Midtown condominiums near the Huntington Metro are at times entered in as Midtown, Midtowns, Midtown condomiums, Midtown Alexandria, Midtown Alexandria Station.
