West End's newest state of the art personal training and fitness gym Sand and Steel Fitness is now offering free yoga and CrossFit classes to all members of the non profit Team Red White and Blue also know as Eagles. Sand and Steel which is located at 5418 Eisenhower Avenue in West End will offer classes to members throughout Northern Virginia, suburban Maryland and the nation's capital. Families of these military heroes will also be provided with these free classes. Yoga classes will teach the 88 basic poses and variations which are best for personal alignment while the CrossFit Alexandria classes are specifically for those who want to get into shape quickly. These classes are designed to help service members with mobility issues due to injuries received during battle. Other police personnel and service members are eligible for service discounts.
