Kansas To Perform At Capital One Hall

Kansas is ready to rock the brand new Capital One Hall in Tysons, Virginia, on Dec. 19. “We’re going to be one of the first bands to desecrate it,” lead singer Ronnie Platt. “We’re really looking forward to just being back on the road. We’ve been doing our classics set since May. … We’re going to bring something special to our Kansas fans.” The band will perform the full “Point of Know Return” album, as well as other huge hits. Great Falls Grange No. 738 Returns To The Community

On Nov. 17, about 40 Great Falls locals gathered at the Fairfax County Park Authority-owned Great Falls Grange No. 738. No one present was a granger, even though the Grange was once the focal point of the farming hamlet of Forestville. As a social organization in the community until 1980, the Grange encouraged families to work together to promote the economic and political well-being of the community and agriculture.
