Andrew Patton was born and raised in Northern Virginia where he lived until he attended East Carolina University where he received a degree in Special Education and Elementary Education. After graduation he taught kindergarten in Arlington and Alexandria. It was during his summer vacation where he discovered his true passion, real estate. After he received his Virginia Real Estate License he joined the team at Nesbitt Realty.
Andrew has been a licensed real estate agent since 2013 and has been providing services for home sellers, home buyers, and renters. It is here at Nesbitt Realty he is able to share his over 25 years of living experience with you. He enjoys working with first time home buyers as well as assisting with out of state transfers with their transition to the area. As a real estate specialist the areas of his primary focus are those close to his office and home which include: Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, Fairfax, Lorton, Springfield, and Woodbridge.
