Stoneberger Building – Main Street Apartments in Stanley

On June 22, 2022, Nesbitt Realty will purchase 307 N. Main St in Stanely Virginia. I'm going to name the building after my grandfather John Stoneberger.  The building currently has 3 units vacant.

Two of those units are have 1 Bedroom and one of those units has 2 bedrooms.

The 2 bedroom unit and one of the 1 BR units is on the second floor.  The other 1 bedroom unit is available on the first floor. The upstairs units are accessed by outside stairs.

The pictures below are from other units in the building to give you an idea how how the property will look inside when the units are rented.

The vacant units will need some repairs and paint and that will be finished prior to tenant move in. The property won't be available before the repairs are complete.

The landlord is seeking tenants with good credit and stable income.  At this time, we're asking $699 for the 1 bedroom units and $850 for the 2 bedroom units. Prior to move-in, tenant will pay 1 month of rent and 1 month of deposit.
