Hidden Pond Nature Center is presenting a virtual program named Build A Watershed Model. It is part of their Summer 2020 Virtual Nature Program Series. It will be presented online on Thursday 2 July 2020, at 1 pm.
As per fxva.com, "What is a watershed? Join a naturalist from Hidden Pond to learn why these areas are so important to our environment. With the guidance of the naturalist, build a 3-D watershed model out of plastic cups, containers, and other household items. Use your model to find out what happens when a source of pollution is introduced. This program uses Zoom to connect participants."
