The building amenities include a gym, covered parking, a common room, and storage. You'll also be within a walking distance to banks, movie theaters, bars, and many other conveniences. If you are the outdoorsy type, you will appreciate spending some time at the Rhodeside Green Park and Hillside Park, both of which are just a short walk away. You'll not need a car to run errands since most of the things can be accessed by foot or bicycle. The Corinthian is also a great place to live if you have school-aged children since it's near some of Arlington Public Schools including Key Elementary, Thomas Jefferson Middle, and Washington-Liberty High School. If you are a commuter, the Corinthian is a few blocks from both the Courthouse Metro (orange line) and Rosslyn Metro (blue and orange lines). You'll also have easy access to Highway 50 (Arlington Blvd.) and other major thoroughfares that will take you to DC, Arlington, and Northern Virginia.
