Yorktown is located north of Lee Highway, south of Little Falls Road and Rock Spring Road, east of Old Dominion Drive and Columbus Street, and west of N. Jefferson Street and Marymount University. Residents at Yorktown enjoy easy access to a variety of shops and restaurants along Lee Highway at either Lee Harrison Shopping Center or Garden City Shopping Center. They also enjoy various outdoor activities at Chestnut Hill Park, Rock Spring Park, and Greenbrier Park, which is next to Yorktown High school and is home to the school’s athletic fields.
Though Yorktown is mostly a car-oriented neighborhood, it is also around one and a half-mile from the East Falls Church Metro station which can be reached via ART (Arlington Regional Transit) buses.
