Belle Pond Farm is a well-established neighborhood that is surrounded by nearby shopping malls, restaurants, County parks, golf courses, churches, movie theatres, Cub Run Recreation Center and more. Children who live in Belle Pond Farm may attend Cub Run Elementary, Stone Middle, or Westfield High, all part of the nationally recognized Fairfax County Public School system. The community consists of 191 homes on a parcel of land conveyed to the Belle Pond Farm Homeowners Association. The Association is a non-stock, non-profit corporation. Each homeowner automatically becomes a member of the Association, with one vote per housing unit.
The Homeowners Association is managed by a Board of Directors which consists of an annually elected President, Vice President, and Secretary. Along with the elected members, the Board includes a Treasurer and a Website Curator who volunteer their time and effort in cooperation with the elected board members.
