The Wooster and Mercer Lofts is a condo community located on Clarendon Boulevard in Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood.
Completed in 2007, the community comprises of two loft-style buildings; The Wooster is located at 1600 Clarendon, while the Mercer is located right behind it at 1615 N Queen Street. The complex features 7 stories and 87 condo units. The Wooster building houses 52 units while the Mercer building includes the rest of the units.
