How Long Is The Term Of The Lease Our Family Real Estate Brokerage Uses For A Penthouse For Lease In Alexandria, Virginia?

Our small real estate brokerage prepares written leases for landlords with rentals in Virginia near D.C. as a part of our property management service. Writing rental contracts is one of the most crucial responsibilities of every rental management company in 22302. Photo of 3505 Martha Custis Dr Photo of 3505 Martha Custis Dr Naturally, you’re probably already aware that all of our rental contracts are in writing. The lease our family real estate brokerage uses was written by staff attorneys at the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. Nesbitt Realty just changes details like the perorations, the dates and so forth. Leases generally have a one-year term. Longer leases are atypically approved and only after discussions with the investor. With the property owner’s approval—especially during slower rental periods—our team makes leases for less than one year. Most usually landlords accept longer or shorter leases to have the lease expire during a more active rental period. Nesbitt will here and there work to place a tenant on a month-to-month or short-term lease to accommodate sale of the place of residence by the owner, a renter’s pending departure, or moving the investment penthouse into a more active rental period. For a complete break-down our process, contact Will Nesbitt or read more here. We have these critical memberships and affiliations: National Association of Realtors, Better Business Bureau, Virginia Association of Realtors, and more. Nesbitt Realty & Management also chooses renters through State Department bulletin boards and other methods. To learn more about the full-list of what we do, contact an agent today.
