Enjoy a Picnic
Bluemont Park offers a well-shaded picnic area with lots of benches, tables, and grills where people can relax and enjoy some afternoon barbecue while being one with nature.
Kids Activities
There is a train-themed playground to keep your kids occupied for hours. The playground is ideal for both pre-schoolers and school-age children. The younger kids' side has a large sandbox, baby swings, a little clubhouse, and a play structure, while the older kids have a train-shaped climbing structure, regular swings, monkey bars, climbing boulders. There is also a small stream that runs through the park where kids have a great time throwing pebbles.
Play Baseball
Bluemont Park has a baseball field where people can come and enjoy a baseball game.
Hiking, Jogging &Biking

If you are into frisbee golf, Bluemont Park has a small disc golf course(bring your own discs) with nine holes and various tees and metal baskets to add difficulty to the game.
