Governor's Grove is a townhouse subdivision located in Fairfax County just outside the Capital Beltway near the intersection of Telegraph Road and Franconia Road. Governor’s Grove is located near Old Town and contains 157 upscale homes built in 1999 and 2000.
The homes have brick fronts, two-car garages, and range from 2,636 to 3,422 square feet. Homes come in five models: Keats, Fenwicke, Austen, Cheswick, and Eliot. They’re situated along Governor’s Crest Court, Governor’s Pond Circle and Grovehurst Place.
Governors Grove is located just a few minutes from popular Old Town Alexandria where you’ll find unique shops and restaurants. The Hoffman Town Center also just a few minutes away offers a 22-screen AMC Movie Theater, Montana Grill, Coldstone Creamery, and Galae Thai. Governors Grove is situated near several metro stations, King Street, Huntington, and Van Dorn being the closest.
Children living in Governors Grove will attend Clermont Elementary, Twain Middle, and Edison High Schools.
