The property which is located at 1315 Duke St is an historic building which was once the headquarters of the country’s largest slave-trading company, Franklin and Armfield. The three and a half story structure with gray painted brick exterior is selling at a price of 2.1 million and its owners is hoping the City of Alexandria will purchase the property.
