More Amazon-Aimed Housing Development Planned For Alexandria

The City of Alexandria is set to increase its housing development with the establishment of a new apartment building slated for Old Town. The 115-unit seven story building will be located at 1200 N. Henry Street and it will help to address the influx of housing needs brought about by the arrival of Amazon HQ2 Employees. The development will be constructed by D.C Based developer NOVO Properties with financing from Pinnacle Financial Partners.  The project is expected to break ground in the first quarter of 2020 with a completion by late 2021.
