Creating a lease is one of the most important charges of every management company in Arlington County.
Obviously, you’re probably already aware that all of our leases are in writing. Leases usually have a one-year term. Longer leases are typically approved only after discussions with the property owner. Nesbitt Realty will every now and then work to place a tenant on a month-to-month or short-term lease to accommodate the sale of the dwelling by the investor, a renter’s pending departure, or moving the rental into a more active rental period.
