- Application – After the possible renter tours a rental, the agent takes an application. The application is accompanied by supporting documentation so that our team can verify and scrutinize all information included on the application. The possible tenant pays for the cost of the background check at the time of application.
- Criminal Record & Evictions – Nesbitt Realty sees it's critical to know the criminal and public court records of the applicant on every rental unit in 22314 in the City of Alexandria. Landlords should be aware that most other management companies do not look at court records.
- Tenant Screening – Our family brokerage screens tenants with a combination of checking credit history, background, eviction and criminal screening services as well as our own efforts to collect information needed to confirm and process the application.
