The condominium consists of a single 12-story masonry and brick structure configured in three wings around a central lobby and includes 332 residential units ranging from a single bedroom to three bedroom units and two spacious Penthouse apartments on top of the 12th floor. The condominium also includes a small number of commercial/retail spaces on the ground (1st) floor which is leased by the condominium association.
Renaissance 2230 is a gated high-rise community located near the Rt 7 and 495 intersection in Tysons Corner.
