Rosslyn will be seeing some new and spacious condos.
According to an article by wtop.com, The Highlands will defy the trend of many new apartment and condo developments that are having small units.

Developer Penzance broke ground last year on this new 1.2-million-square-foot mixed-use development The Highland on Wilson Boulevard. The Highlands will include two apartment high rises and one condo high rise with oversized individual living space.
The new renderings that were released by Penzance of the condo which will be called Pierce, showed that the 104 condominiums will range in size from about 1,300 square feet to more than 2,400 square feet. This is considerably larger than many multifamily unit sizes delivered in the D.C. area in the last decade.
The 27-story Pierce will have one- to three-bedroom condos, many of which will have ceiling heights up to more than 10 feet and floor-to-ceiling windows and private balconies. Amenities in this condo will include a 24-hour concierge, a “hotel-style” lobby, club room, rooftop terrace, and a two-story fitness center.
The other two residential building at The Highlands include the 23-story Aubrey with 331 rental units and the 26-story Evo with 449-unit. Both of these apartment buildings will also have larger-than-average residences.
The Highlands project, named after the neighboring Rosslyn Highlands Park, will also include retail, public and cultural spaces, a new Arlington Public elementary school and a new fire station.
The Highlands Pierce is expected to open in late 2021.
