Keeping that in mind, this post isn't about 2001 15th St N #1411 in 22201. Instead, I want to focus on a couple of of the features I appreciate about Arlington. I'd like to highlight just a few features residents love Arlington VA:
Arlington is on the top 100 of livable cities in the US according to Livability.com.
Despite being an urban county, Arlington has set aside a number of pleasant green spaces for residents to enjoy. I have enjoyed walks at Theodore Roosevelt Island, Potomac Overlook Park, and Bon Air Park, but those are just a few of the many parks to enjoy.
Arlington has a great plan. City planners have located high-rises in close proximity to metro stations and shops and restaurants to create a metropolitan walkable stretch from Ballston to Rosslyn. At the same time, Arlington has preserved quiet residential neighborhoods to get a great urban mix.
Reagan National Airport is in Arlington VA. Arlington is also reasonably close to both Dulles International and Baltimore Washington International Airport.
