According to the Arlington Homeshow and Garden Expo, the 13 annual edition is going to be the best show ever! It is even expected to surpass last year's Arlington prime home improvement and remodeling event which attracted more than 75 home builders, contractors and specialist vendors, architects, inspectors, landscape designers, realtors, master gardeners, banks, nonprofit organizations, and Arlington County housing, zoning and inspection representatives.
This free event is sponsored by Resilient Virginia and the Arlington County Housing Division. It offers a great and convenient way for you to learn about remodeling and improving your Arlington home (including popular kitchen and bath remodeling). You will be able to learn about finishing or waterproofing basements, replacing windows, doors, flooring, roofing, and siding, adding security systems and more from a wide variety of top-rated companies.
Unlike the 2018 edition that attracted more than 1200 visitors in their rich program of free classes and workshops, there is more in store for this year’s visitors. From learning about how to do basic electrical and plumbing repairs to understanding condominium living, exploring ways to make your home a healthier place, and mastering Spring’s Gardening tasks, there will be a great variety of information and hands-on instruction on offer at the Home Show.
You will also get information on green products and technologies, smart and universal design, convenient upgrades to home decoration, and outdoor living improvements.
The event will be held at Kenmore Middle School from 10am-4pm.
