However, putting that aside, this article isn't about this real estate in City Park Homes. Instead, I want to tell you more about why Falls Church is so dear to me. There's more to love about Falls Church than I can fit in one post. But some of what I love about Falls Church is:

Creative Cauldron is the nonprofit arts organization that manages and operates ArtSpace. The Creative Cauldron is practically at your doorstep when you live in Falls Church.
Falls Church provides very easy access to Tysons Corner.
The Washington and Old Dominion Railroad Regional Park is a 45-mile multi-use rail-trail that is owned and operated by the Northern Virginia Regional Park Authority. About 2 miles of the W&OD trail wind through the City of Falls Church.
Golfers enjoy several options if they live in Falls Church. Most obvious of these choices is Jefferson District Golf Course.
