1. You won’t have to worry about traffic jams in Burke since it has little “cut-through” traffic, and many of its residents live in quiet neighborhoods.
2. We look forward to the Burke Center Festival. It’s a huge event with arts & crafts, karaoke, emergency preparedness displays, live bands, dance and other entertainment. There are of course food vendors, but also interactive puppet and wildlife shows, amusement rides, pony rides, hypnotist show. There is a basketball toss, Midway-style games, giveaways and drawings, not to mention an after-hours wine garden. Fun for all!
3. Burke is close to many desirable jobs and several military bases, such as Fort Belvoir, so when it’s time to sell, you won’t have any problems doing so.
