  • Burke offers remarkably good commuter options when compared to suburbs with a similar feel in Gainesville or Woodbridge.
  • We look forward to the Burke Center Festival. It's a a huge event with arts & crafts, karaoke, emergency preparedness displays, live bands, dance and other entertainment. There are of course food vendors, but also interactive puppet and wildlife shows, amusement rides, pony rides, hypnotist show. There is a basketball toss, Midway-style games, giveaways and drawings, not to mention an after-hours wine garden. Fun for all!
  • Burke is a place where you can enjoy sitting on your deck and watching the sun go down without a lot of nearby hustle and bustle.
  • Burke is close to several military installations like nearby Fort Belvoir and of course the Pentagon. This means that when it's time to sell your home will always enjoy a healthy demand.
