Do Nice Guys Finish Last In 22150 Real Estate?

When you're search for your next split level, in a competitive market like 22150 in Springfield, is it even possible to profit from the Golden Rule? I would like to be treated ethically with integrity. I try to proactively provide the same for everyone I deal with. Even if you agree with the Golden Rule, how do you apply that to someone on the opposite side of the negotiating table? It doesn't mean that you're expected to pay more than a pied-a-terre like 7414 Exmore St is worth. It doesn't mean that you have to acquire 4-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. But it does mean that: We are always honest about pre-approvals, earnest money and other facts that the seller should know. We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won't inspect the property. Suggestions:
