As a buyer, do I recommend clients abide by the Golden Rule?
It is my sincere effort to treat others as I wish to be treated, both in business and in my personal life. But how does that apply to buying real estate in Northern Virginia? It doesn't mean that you need to buy a property in Sterling when you want a place of residence in Vienna. It doesn't mean that buyers in 22180 in Fairfax County don't have to have a Traditional inspection. But it does mean that:
We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won't inspect the property. We investigate before we buy and whenever possible before we even make an offer.
