When you're going to buy a house, do I recommend clients abide by the Golden Rule?

It doesn't mean that you have to acquire 4-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. It doesn't mean that you have to be a chump. But it does mean that: We never want to argue or yell. If there is no possibility for agreement, it's time to move on—without hurt feelings. We investigate before we buy and whenever possible before we even make an offer.
