But my post isn't about this particular piece of real estate in 22201. I'm writing about the elements I like Arlington. I can think of quite curated things to love Arlington. Here are curated of those reasons.

Arlington has a great plan. City planners have located high-rises in close proximity to metro stations and shops and restaurants to create a metropolitan walkable stretch from Ballston to Rosslyn. At the same time, Arlington has preserved quiet residential neighborhoods to get a great urban mix.
Surprisingly, Arlington has a number of great locations for bird-watching. Among these is Long Branch Nature Center, a 95.5-acre green, forested area with many nature trails, a popular dog park, an amphitheater, kids’ playground, and well-maintained picnic spaces.
Arlington County has some of the best public schools in the national capital region, and in the country. Both Key Elementary School and Jefferson Middle School are well regarded.
Despite being an urban county, Arlington has set aside a number of pleasant green spaces for residents to enjoy. I have enjoyed walks at Theodore Roosevelt Island, Potomac Overlook Park, and Bon Air Park, but those are just a few of the many parks to enjoy.
