- Springfield offers a serious discount to buyers comparing looking at similar homes in Arlington, Mclean and Alexandria. At the same time, Springfield has a much better commute than homes further out in Woodbridge or Chantilly for example.
- Because Springfield is just outside of the Beltway, that means that residents here have easier access to larger retailers and shopping at places like Potomac Mills.
- A client of mine once called Springfield and “urban forest” and that has always stuck with me. Much of Springfield has rolling hills and large broad-leaf trees providing shade.
- There is a home and neighborhood for every budget in Springfield.
