- Falls Church is close to the pools, batting cages, trails and other attractions of Upton Regional Park.
- Downtown Falls Church has a small town feel with interesting shops and restaurants.
- Falls Church is close to numerous historic sites including Cherry Hill Farm, which was part of a pre-Revolutionary War plantation located at the crossroads of a trail from Winchester to Alexandria and another trail to the Little Falls on the Potomac River.
