Is It Possible To Love Yourself & Love The Seller When Paying $679,000 For A Mid-Rise Condo In The City Of Alexandria?

When you're shopping 2-bedroom mid-rise condos in Alexandria, is now the time to love the seller as you love yourself? Photo of 525 Fayette St N #401 We’re all familiar with the Golden Rule: “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” I try to live by this maxim. When you're buying real estate, should you care about a seller? It doesn't mean that you can't expect the best from your agent. It doesn't mean that you're expected to pay more than a property like 525 Fayette St N #401 is worth. But it does mean that: We are always honest about pre-approvals, earnest money and other facts that the seller should know. We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer can only afford to buy one property.)
