When you're thinking about purchasing real estate, can you get the home that you deserve, while dealing with the seller as you would want to be treated?
When I became a Realtor, I agreed to adhere to a Code of Ethics and one part of that code is the Golden Rule: treat others as you wish to be treated. But how does that apply to buying real estate in Alexandria? It doesn't mean that buyers in Alexandria don't have to have a home inspection. It doesn't mean that you shouldn't quibble over important details. But it does mean that:
We investigate before we buy and whenever possible before we even make an offer. We always remember the seller is entitled to the same level of humanity, dignity, and sense of fairness as I expect for my buyer client. I believe the Golden Rule transcends divisions of class, status, or race.
If you're looking for an agent in Alexandria, I'd love the opportunity to serve for you. If you're in the market, please take a look at these suggestions.
