Is It Possible To Love Yourself & Love The Seller When Paying $499,000 For A Townhouse In Woodbridge?

When you're shopping townhouses in Prince William County, is it possible to think about the seller? If so, is it wise to consider the seller's needs? Photo of 721 Belmont Bay Dr We’re all familiar with the Golden Rule: “Treat others as you wish to be treated.” And, the best of my ability, I try to do this. But how does that apply to buying real estate? It doesn't mean that buyers in Woodbridge don't have to have a home inspection. It doesn't mean that you have to buy {Bedroom}-bedroom home when you need one more bedroom. But it does mean that: We are always honest about pre-approvals, earnest money and other facts that the seller should know. We never want to argue or yell. If there is no possibility for agreement, it's time to move on—without hurt feelings.
