When you're considering $825,000 houses like 12020 Winding Creek Ct in Clifton, should you as a buyer pause to consider the transaction from the seller's point of view?
It is my sincere effort to treat others as I wish to be treated, both in business and in my personal life. But how can the Golden Rule apply when the other party has a house selling for $825,000 but you want to pay $783,750? It doesn't mean that buyers in Clifton don't have to have a home inspection. It doesn't mean you can't aggressively pursue your best possible deal. But it does mean that:
We respect deadlines. We are punctual. We let the seller know when we will and won't inspect the property. We never would consider putting offers on more than one property at the same time. (Assuming the buyer can only afford to buy one property.)
I'd love to help you find your next home. If you're in the market, please take a look at these suggestions.
