The MWAA is responsible for 2 airports in the Washington area, The Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport and The Washington Dulles International Airport. It also manages the Dulles Toll Road and the construction of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. There are 13 members on the Board of Directors which are appointed by the Governor of Virginia, the Mayor of the District of Columbia and the President of the United States.
