Potowmack Crossing has condos that come with a lot off bonuses that many other condos don’t offer. In today’s world you pay a lot for nothing and that can be equally true when purchasing a home. However, if you come here, then you won’t be disappointed and will be pleasantly surprised that the saying mentioned above does not apply. The area is located in the North region of Alexandria and a few minute’s from the nation’s Capitol.
These condos have some great features and I will do my best to list them here. The residents can enjoy access to a community room for social events. They have an exercise room for those who like to stay in shape. It also helps cut costs by eliminating the need for an additional gym membership. Another great feature is the on site tennis courts. Residents can enjoy this amenity in the warm weather the region is sure to have year after year. Potowmack Crossing is at the North End of Old Town Alexandria which means that the commute to Washington DC, the Pentagon, Arlington and Old Town is very easy for residents.
Commuters have access to several routes to get around town and in and out of the city. The Braddock Metro Station is less than a mile away from this lovely community. The community is minutes away from three golf courses and the Potomac River to top it off.

Pinecrest Golf Course in Alexandria Virginia claims to be the best kept secret inside the beltway, and it just might be. Funded and fueled by the Fairfax County Park Authority, this intricate “challenging and narrow course” is nestled on the borders of Alexandria and Annandale.
The course is a par 35, with 9 executive holes, and 2,462 yards of open course. The field is speckled with hills and ponds that make it a great place to practice. The course presents an excellent balance for both novices and experts to collectively play in one setting. There is a putting green for practice, 10 driving cages, and a special indoor practice range. The Every Body Golf School offers semi-private group or private group lessons for anybody wanting to learn the sport on the course.
The facilities are very well maintained; there is a full service clubhouse, snack bar, and a shop. Naturally, there are golf clubs, carts, and pull carts available for players to rent. The staff is friendly and the course is very sanitary.
The course is open all year long (as long as weather conditions permit) and is located at the corner of Little River Turnpike (Route 236) and Braddock Road at 6600 Little River Turnpike, Alexandria, VA 22312.
