Home Prices In Alexandria Continues To Rise Based On Data By Northern Virginia Association of Realtors.

According to recent data published by the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors average home prices have continued to increase when compared to last year. The data shows that the average prices of homes increased by about 5 percent when compared to last year. In Alexandria the average prices of a home declined by more than 9 percent in June with an increase in May of 3.5 percent. The months of April and March saw increases of 5 percent and almost 10 percent respectively.
