Rosslyn is an unincorporated area in Northern Virginia located in the northeastern corner of Arlington County, Virginia, north of Arlington National Cemetery and directly across the Potomac River from Georgetown in Washington, D.C. Because of Rosslyn’s central location residential real estate is mostly in the form of luxury high-rise condominiums, although there are also a few luxury townhouses as well. Clarendon Neighborhood
Clarendon is on the Orange Line and includes the neighborhood of Lyon Park.

Clarendon is one of the most popular (and therefore most expensive) communities in Northern Virginia. Clarendon is popular because it has so much to offer:

  • a central location close to important job centers;
  • proximity to shops, bars and restaurants;
  • metro-access;
  • a pleasant neighborhood feel.

Arlington Ridge is bordered on the north by the The Pentagon, on the west by the Army Navy Country Club, and on the south the City of Alexandria. The main thoroughfare is the eponymous Arlington Ridge Road. Arlington Ridge Road is lined with manors and fine homes, many of which offer picturesque view of the Potomac valley and Washington DC.
