But my post isn't about this particular piece of real estate in 22015. As interesting as that property is, what I really want to write about is Burke Virginia. Here are several aspects Burke is the most compatible community to get a house:

Burke is at the heart of what make Fairfax County such a desirable place to live.
Despite it's bucolic atmosphere, Burke is dotted with neighborhood shopping centers so that grocers and conveniences of life are always nearby.
The Burke Conservancy has 5 community pools. If you have a pool membership you can use any of these 5 pools. (The community has two swim teams!)
We look forward to the Burke Center Festival. It's a a huge event with arts & crafts, karaoke, emergency preparedness displays, live bands, dance and other entertainment. There are of course food vendors, but also interactive puppet and wildlife shows, amusement rides, pony rides, hypnotist show. There is a basketball toss, Midway-style games, giveaways and drawings, not to mention an after-hours wine garden. Fun for all!
